About the role
CyberVadis is looking for an Account Manager to support the onboarding and assessment process for companies using our cybersecurity risk‑management platform. You will act as the primary liaison between rated companies and internal teams, ensuring a smooth experience and driving subscription revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual revenue targets by promoting yearly subscriptions.
- Manage the end‑to‑end initial assessment, contacting prospects via email and phone to guide them through the questionnaire.
- Highlight the value of the CyberVadis platform and its impact on clients’ security posture.
- Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Track case progress, meet milestones, and proactively address potential obstacles.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, legal, finance, and support teams to meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Up to 1 year of sales or sales‑related experience in a technology environment.
- Recent graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and customer‑focused mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking client interactions.
