Architect / Architectural Designer

About the role

We are seeking experienced Architects or Architectural Designers to join our young, dynamic studio in Beau‑Bassin. You will work closely with the Directors to conceive, develop and deliver a variety of projects, from boutique residential homes to multi‑storey apartment towers and curated commercial spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, external stakeholders and consultants, attending project meetings.
• Develop and present innovative design concepts that meet client needs and studio standards.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models and visualisations to communicate design intent.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors and other parties, conducting site visits to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture.
• Professional experience in the architecture industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Residency in Mauritius.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel between sites (preferred).
