About the role
The Assistant Vice President will support Apex Group’s client administration function in Ebene, Mauritius. You will ensure high‑quality delivery of board papers, client records and regulatory compliance while working closely with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client and company records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Organise directors’ and shareholders’ meetings, preparing board papers and related documentation.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and regulatory expectations, including AML and money‑laundering issues.
- Conduct customer due‑diligence checks in accordance with the AML Code.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the global business or financial services sector.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field; ACCA or ICSA qualification preferred (part‑qualified candidates considered).
- Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and work effectively under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
