About the role
The Associate Executive will support the Operations Unit‑Head in delivering high‑quality fund administration services. Working closely with senior team members, you will help maintain accurate records, manage bank relationships and ensure statutory compliance across jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Unit‑Head with day‑to‑day tasks and maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements.
- Open and manage bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banking partners.
- Monitor and complete daily operational tasks in a timely manner.
- Prepare and file statutory documents with the FSC, ROC and other regulatory bodies.
- Maintain statutory registers and organize director/shareholder meetings, including board papers and minutes.
- Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
- Ensure executed agreements are properly indexed and filed.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by senior staff.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm (advantageous).
- University degree from a recognised institution.
- Currently undertaking ACCA or ACA professional studies.
- Strong client‑service mindset and excellent written and spoken communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Goal‑oriented, organized team player with quick learning ability.
