Business Analyst Planner – Supply Chain

About the role
The Business Analyst Planner supports the European planning team by ensuring data accuracy, handling routine supply‑chain tasks, and facilitating smooth execution of production and distribution activities. You will work closely with engineers, customer service, and other stakeholders to keep the planning process efficient and reliable.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with unit‑of‑measure changes, material master updates, and product discontinuation activities.
- Manage batch and transfer requests across the European distribution network.
- Process sales order inquiries, reservation contracts, and customer return requests.
- Support APO consistency checks, supply‑chain network setup, and warehouse relocation updates.
- Conduct monthly stock discrepancy checks and corrective actions.
- Release blocked sales orders by coordinating with Customer Service.
- Prepare ad‑hoc reports, SRF reporting, and consumption copies.
- Handle allocation tasks and respond to emails in the central planning mailbox.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management or related field (preferred).
- 1‑3 years of supply‑chain experience.
- APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and detail‑oriented work style.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and remotely following established procedures.
