About the role
The Corporate Client Administrator will manage the day‑to‑day administration of a variety of corporate entities, ensuring compliance with Mauritian regulations and delivering high‑quality client support.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and administer Domestic Companies, GBCs, Authorised Companies, Seychelles IBCs, Trusts and Foundations.
- Liaise with bankers and government bodies such as the Mauritius Revenue Authority, Financial Services Commission and Registrar of Companies.
- Provide business facilitation services and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- File statutory returns and financial statements promptly, coordinating with accounting teams, auditors and clients.
- Track client billing, follow up on accounts receivable, and prepare payments according to internal processes.
- Handle client queries efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.
Required profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Law or Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with willingness to work overtime when required.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
