Digital Designer

About the role

Constance Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking a Digital Designer to craft high‑quality visual content for its luxury hotel and resort brands. Working within the E‑Business team, you will shape the look and feel of websites, campaigns, social media, email and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Web Development Manager and Head of E‑Business & Loyalty to produce engaging visual assets across digital platforms.
• Create and optimise graphics, photography, video, animations and motion‑graphics for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, digital ads and social media.
• Design digital advertising creatives that drive traffic, engagement and direct sales.
• Support Marketing, Communication and HR by translating briefs into effective visual solutions.
• Develop mood‑boards, mock‑ups and campaign concepts to guide creative direction.
• Integrate Generative AI tools for image and video creation, editing and ideation, streamlining production workflows.
• Maintain a structured digital‑asset library and ensure assets are optimised for different platforms and devices.
• Produce monthly performance reports on creative activities and provide recommendations for future campaigns.

• Creative professional with a strong portfolio of digital visual work.
• Proactive attitude towards emerging technologies and AI‑assisted design.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage asset archives and meet project deadlines.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
