Digital Learning & Development Champion (3‑month contract)

About the role

Sun Limited is seeking a Digital Learning & Development Champion for a three‑month fixed‑term assignment. You will support the design and delivery of engaging L&D projects, with a strong emphasis on creativity, design thinking, and the use of AI tools to enhance learning experiences. The role offers hands‑on experience creating an onboarding kit for supervisor‑level staff, which will be deployed in a real business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing digital L&D projects by developing visual content such as presentations, guides, and videos.
• Utilise AI tools to create, enhance, and optimise learning materials.
• Collaborate with the Operations team on key projects and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Produce a creative and engaging onboarding kit for supervisors using Canva and AI‑driven resources.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
• Creative and innovative mindset with attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
