Executive – Corporate Services

About the role

Apex Group is seeking an Executive to support its global fund administration and middle‑office operations. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating statutory filings and providing high‑quality client service across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Convene director/shareholder meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
• Ensure final client deliverables are accurate and of high quality.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostille and consularisation of documents promptly.
• Manage bank account activities, including openings, transfers and liaison with banks.
• Prepare and file PAYE, TDS, VAT and Indian tax returns within statutory deadlines.
• Address tax queries from authorities and clients.
• Effect statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other bodies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in line with AML regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise team members to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• Degree holder or progressing towards ACA/ACCA qualification.
• Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
