Finance Transformation Manager – FAAS

About the role

EY Mauritius is looking for a Finance Transformation Manager within its Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice. You will lead high‑impact transformation projects for local and global clients, helping CFOs improve performance, governance and value through technology‑enabled finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver finance transformation strategies that increase efficiency, effectiveness and agility.
• Translate emerging technologies into practical finance solutions and advise senior stakeholders on transformation opportunities.
• Develop and implement analytical and automation solutions across core finance processes such as journal entry testing, hire‑to‑retire, procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, record‑to‑report, and more.
• Extract, transform and analyse data from client ERP systems, ensuring high‑quality, insight‑driven outputs.
• Manage, coach and develop project teams, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in finance transformation, advisory or related roles with a proven delivery record.
• Strong understanding of CFO challenges, finance trends and emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, fintech).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, STEM or a related field; professional qualification is a plus.

• Alteryx, Power BI, SQL and other data‑management tools.
• Python, PySpark, AI/ML concepts.
• Automation tools such as VBA, UiPath, Power Automate.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
