HCM Services Consultant – Implementation Specialist

About the role

Dayforce is seeking an HCM Services Consultant to guide customers through every stage of the Dayforce implementation lifecycle. You will work closely with project managers and client teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing support of the Dayforce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate customer requirements gathering, design and configure Dayforce to meet documented needs.
• Document and validate HCM business requirements and map them to Dayforce functionality.
• Produce design documents, meeting minutes, and configuration artifacts.
• Conduct remote and in‑person consulting sessions, including post‑implementation support and quality assurance.
• Participate in customer testing cycles, promptly addressing and resolving issues.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for strategic implementations, providing guidance to junior consultants and internal teams.
• Identify risks proactively and communicate issues to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Experience leading implementation activities under the direction of a Project Manager.
• Ability to facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into system configurations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk identification and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
