Head of Service Delivery

About the role

Allianz Services Mauritius is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee and drive service delivery across multiple Allianz Operating Entities. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Service Delivery will shape strategy, enhance efficiency, and support business growth while aligning with Group objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner for Allianz OEs, delivering operational efficiencies and value.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities for Allianz Services Mauritius.
• Make decisions on process viability, pricing, investment, and new business lines.
• Provide governance over cost and revenue management within a cost‑plus model.
• Lead senior stakeholder engagement to foster collaboration and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute a blueprint for upskilling and cross‑skilling the workforce, leveraging automation, AI and analytics.
• Drive a cost‑conscious culture and innovative practices to meet financial targets.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the insurance domain with a proven leadership track record.
• Strong strategic mindset and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
