Head Steward (M/W) – Resort Operations

About the role

The Head Steward leads the stewarding team at a Club Med resort, ensuring that every guest receives personalized, high‑quality service. You will oversee all back‑of‑house operations, from inventory control to health and safety compliance, while fostering a collaborative and guest‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and respect Club Med standards to guarantee consistent service delivery.
• Control costs, manage breakages, and reduce waste across stewarding operations.
• Monitor supply chains, prevent disruptions, and maintain smooth inventory flow.
• Supervise the procurement and centralisation of detergents, small hotel supplies, and dishwashing materials for F&B and cleaning services.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety procedures and internal/external protocols.
• Coordinate contracts with service providers and verify compliance with agreed terms.
• Lead, motivate and align the stewarding team around shared objectives, attitudes and behaviours.

• Efficient with strong prioritisation skills to ensure timely service.
• Attentive to detail, delivering personalised guest experiences.
• Leadership experience in a hospitality or resort environment.
