About the role
The HR & Welfare Executive supports daily Human Resources operations for a Hilton hotel, fostering a positive, engaging, and high‑performing workplace aligned with Hilton’s values and service standards. The role partners with department leaders to deliver effective HR services and ensure operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job ads, interview scheduling, candidate screening, and onboarding documentation.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for team members, handling employee relations issues, counseling, investigations, and disciplinary documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, memos, reports, and support payroll preparation through accurate attendance and leave submissions.
- Administer leave tracking, medical leave records, and employee benefits.
- Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and appraisal timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and local labor legislation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR operations within a hospitality or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee relations best practices.
- Familiarity with local labor legislation and HR compliance requirements.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
