About the role
The Investor Services Administrator supports Ocorian’s fund administration platform by handling investor onboarding, due‑diligence, and distribution processes. You will work with a growing portfolio of clients, ensuring data quality and compliance with internal policies.
Key responsibilities
- Review Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documents and determine the appropriate level of KYC (normal, simplified, or enhanced).
- Collect and input investor data into the Efront system, performing risk assessments as required.
- Manage monthly and quarterly distribution processes for multiple funds.
- Prepare client deliverables according to agreed calendars and quality standards.
- Liaise with accounting teams for capital calls, distributions, and related financial activities.
- Ensure adherence to Ocorian policies and promptly escalate risk issues.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to apply judgement on CDD cases.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple client deadlines.
- Good communication skills for internal coordination and client interaction.
