Manager, Sales - Groups & Events

About the role

The Manager, Sales – Groups & Events will lead the generation and conversion of high‑value group business for One&Only Le Saint Géran. This includes corporate retreats, luxury leisure groups, celebrations and exclusive villa buyouts, with a focus on maximising revenue across rooms, private villas and food & beverage experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive group sales for rooms, suites and private villas targeting luxury and ultra‑high‑end segments.
• Develop new business through luxury travel advisors, event agencies, corporate accounts and tour operators.
• Promote private villas as exclusive residential experiences for stays and buyouts.
• Cross‑sell food & beverage events, private dining and bespoke experiences to maximise total revenue.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contracting, including site inspections and client presentations.
• Participate in sales missions, industry events and collaborate with revenue management and operations teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Proven track record of driving group and event revenue.
• Strong understanding of luxury clientele and high‑end travel partners.
• Experience selling villas, suites or luxury accommodation is highly advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly proactive, results‑oriented and commercially focused.
