Manual/Automation Tester – SAP UI5 & SuccessFactors

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Manual/Automation Tester to ensure the quality of its SAP UI5 solutions integrated with SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll. You will work closely with development and business teams to validate functionality, identify defects, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of frontend applications built on SAP UI5.
• Perform manual testing of backend applications in the SAP HCM / SAP ECP environment.
• Create, update, and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Analyze test results, document and report defects.
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support the definition of test strategies and enhance QA processes.
• (Optional) Develop and maintain automated tests, including AI‑based solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manual testing of IT systems.
• Good understanding of testing methodologies and the software development life‑cycle.
• Ability to write clear test cases and report defects.
• Basic knowledge of SAP HCM/ECP and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and creative problem‑solving.
• Fluent English for an international work environment.
