Markets and Treasury Post-Trade Services Associate

About the role

The Markets and Treasury Post‑Trade Services Associate is responsible for the daily processing of dealing operations, focusing on accounting, settlements, confirmations, reconciliations and system maintenance. The role supports the post‑trade workflow to ensure accurate and timely transaction handling.

Key responsibilities

• Update rates in the system manually or via robot and verify accuracy.
• Send revaluation rates to stakeholders according to SLA.
• Create counterparties in Front Arena following KYC requirements and maintain records.
• Release transactions on BIR/BAPS/AAO and prepare manual SWIFT messages when required.
• Match FX transactions using Intellimatch and reconcile using the Cambio tool.
• Handle unmatched bookings, engage with branches and markets for exceptions, and support the PTS Ops Officer in BAU tasks.
• Provide auditors with relevant information, raise manual entries, and compile management information as needed.
• Maintain static data in the Risk Management system and assist with data remediation, automation and testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment Management or a related field.
