Revenue Optimisation Manager

About the role

The Revenue Optimisation Manager will lead data‑driven initiatives to maximise hotel revenue across all distribution channels. Working closely with reservations, finance and operations, you will ensure rate parity, optimise pricing and support strategic decision‑making aligned with Shangri‑La’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organise business intelligence using BI tools and competitive data sources.
• Gather, compile and analyse information from internal and external stakeholders.
• Support fact‑based business decisions through data analysis and reporting.
• Assist in the forecasting process, updating forecasts and reports across relevant systems.
• Implement BAR and PKG pricing, manage restrictions and maintain rate parity across all channels.
• Configure online channel settings in collaboration with reservations and manage dynamic rate distribution via the channel manager.
• Support inventory management, distribution optimisation and production efficiency initiatives.
• Drive day‑to‑day operations while upholding Shangri‑La’s core values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Revenue Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in revenue management or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BI tools.
• Experience using forecasting systems.
• Knowledge of channel management platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
