About the role

Velogic is seeking a results‑oriented Sales Executive to expand its client portfolio and strengthen relationships across its freight services. The role involves driving sales, handling customer issues, and collaborating with internal teams in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct sales visits to customers according to the sales plan.
  • Handle customer complaints and claims.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and issue weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Liaise with inter‑departments to ensure smooth handling of customer dossiers.
  • Sell and cross‑sell all company services.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers.
  • Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales/marketing within the logistics sector.
  • Experience in sea and air freight is mandatory.
  • Ability to gather market intelligence.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Team player with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
  • Willingness to work odd hours and travel overseas.
  • Valid driving licence.
