About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, the role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence and strengthening key customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, coach and manage the sales team to maximise performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and retail partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to inform commercial decisions.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and in‑market activations.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions and commercial agreements aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular market and client visits to assess product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and market insights for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial and marketing activities.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including managerial responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high‑performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, retail and distribution channels.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting and negotiation skills.
