About the role
AkzoNobel is looking for a proactive Sales Representative to manage the full order‑to‑delivery cycle for our paints and coatings portfolio. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless order processing, sample management, and technical support.
Key responsibilities
- Take customer orders and follow up with factory and internal departments.
- Organise colour samples, match and develop requested shades, and deliver samples to sites.
- Support tender processes, identify project opportunities, and provide technical product advice.
- Collect payments, communicate account status, and maintain accurate order records.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients, factories, logistics and sales teams.
- Report market activity, identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities, and monitor competitor behaviour.
Required profile
- Positive, customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills in French and English.
- Result‑driven, able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Commitment to continuous self‑development and adherence to AkzoNobel values.
