Sales Support Officer

About the role

The Brink’s Company is seeking an accomplished Sales Support Officer to join its team in Solitude. In this position you will manage administrative tasks for a portfolio of clients, support invoicing and sales reporting, and ensure smooth client interactions throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with governance rules such as SOX, Health & Safety, and internal policies.
• Administer all sales activities, supporting conversion of prospects to clients.
• Prepare tenders and contribute to business growth initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with sales, HR, Finance, and Operations to maintain data accuracy.
• Handle client communications, proposals, contracts, and follow‑up letters.
• Maintain contract administration, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Update customer details and manage KYC documentation in line with procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement of departmental tools and processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Management or Marketing.
• Proven experience in sales administration within a service‑oriented company of similar size.
• Strong command of English and French, both oral and written.
• Honesty, integrity, organization, autonomy, and effective teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Use of telephone communication tools.
• Basic accounting knowledge and comfort with figures.
• Experience preparing contracts and handling KYC documentation.
