SAP Logistic Consultant

About the role

The SAP Logistic Consultant will support daily operations of warehouse logistics within the SAP environment for TeamWork’s clients in Mauritius. The role focuses on monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring accurate data flow between SAP modules and warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse queues (e.g., qRFC), interface logs and delivery statuses to detect and prevent bottlenecks.
• Assist senior consultants in configuring warehouse structures, storage bins, picking strategies and goods movement rules in SAP LE, WM and EWM.
• Create test scripts and participate in unit, integration and User Acceptance Testing to validate system changes.
• Draft and maintain functional specifications, user manuals and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with adjacent SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, FI) to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Provide TMA support including incident management, service request handling and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics or Information Technology.
• At least 2 years of experience in TMA support projects.
• Fundamental understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with good communication skills.

Required skills

• SAP LE (Logistics Execution)
• SAP WM / EWM (Warehouse Management)
• Familiarity with SAP MM, SD and integration points.
• Experience with qRFC monitoring and interface troubleshooting.
