Senior Campaign Manager

About the role

InfluenceUP, Mauritius' leading SME social media agency, is transitioning from a content factory to a strategy‑driven organization. The Senior Campaign Manager will spearhead this transformation, joining the management team and taking full ownership of the client success function across a portfolio of more than 80 SME accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Client Success function for multiple SME accounts.
• Design and maintain the SAVE Framework and a comprehensive Campaign Manager Playbook.
• Manage a growing team of Social Media Managers and Content Publishers.
• Provide strategic direction for high‑value accounts, focusing on retention, account growth, and team development.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
• Strategic thinker capable of writing playbooks, mentoring teams, and translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Strong command of English and proficiency in French or Kreol.
• Comfortable presenting in client meetings and overseeing team operations.
