Senior Executive – Fund Administration & Compliance

About the role

Apex Group is seeking a Senior Executive to support fund administration and middle‑office functions, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and compliance with statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements.
• Convene director/shareholder meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
• Prepare accounts, tax computations and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure client deliverables are accurate and of high quality.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
• Manage bank account activities, including openings and transfers.
• Prepare and file statutory returns (Annual, APS, PAYE, TDS, VAT, Indian tax) on time.
• Address tax queries and interact with tax authorities.
• Perform statutory filings with regulatory bodies (FSC, ROC, etc.).
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) per AML code and maintain records.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• Degree holder or progressing towards ACA/ACCA qualification.
• Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
