Senior Financial Planning, HR & Change Management Expert

About the role

Pacti seeks a senior expert to lead financial planning, business‑plan development, human‑resources strategy and change‑management programmes on‑site in Mauritius. The role combines deep finance, audit and HR expertise to support senior management decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and review comprehensive business plans, budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Evaluate financial performance, risk exposure and resource allocation against regulatory standards.
• Define and implement HR strategies including workforce planning, performance management frameworks and talent development initiatives.
• Lead change‑management projects, create communication and implementation plans, and guide stakeholders through transformation.
• Prepare high‑quality reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, business administration, HR or related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA, SHRM) are a plus.
• Proven senior‑level experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and business‑plan development.
• Strong background in audit, risk assessment, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Extensive experience in HR strategy, workforce planning and talent development within complex organisations.
• Demonstrated success in leading change‑management initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
