Senior Officer, Operational Compliance Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Officer to join our Operational Compliance Services team. The role is central to onboarding new and existing clients, ensuring all compliance documentation and due‑diligence processes meet our high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review, assess and approve CDD and KYC documents for client entities and investors.
• Conduct enhanced due‑diligence and analyse adverse news identified by the screening team.
• Draft and manage forms, checklists and new‑business packs, ensuring delivery within tight timelines.
• Attend new‑business meetings, record actions, draft minutes and secure timely approvals.
• Maintain and update compliance trackers and support operational efficiency initiatives.
• Escalate issues to the Manager of Operational Compliance Services and ensure strong operational controls.
• Oversee screening processes (GS, WC, RS), identify PEP connections and high‑risk red‑flag factors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client onboarding, KYC, and compliance due‑diligence.
• Ability to provide guidance and on‑the‑job training to team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with administration and client services teams.
