Senior People Partner

About the role

The Senior People Partner will work closely with functional business leaders and Human Capital colleagues to shape and execute the people agenda that drives business performance. This role blends strategic insight with hands‑on implementation to embed high‑performance culture across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable HC plans aligned with functional objectives.
• Lead the design and delivery of transformational change initiatives, ensuring they are embedded in day‑to‑day practice.
• Drive a high‑performance agenda, including performance management, consequence management and recognition of top talent.
• Provide thought leadership and external best practices to challenge the status quo and build organisational capability.
• Coach and influence leaders on employee engagement, capability development and culture change.
• Monitor and report on the impact of HC initiatives, ensuring benefits are realised.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR business partner or people partner at senior level.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and translate strategic intent into practical actions.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale change and performance‑driven programmes.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive, high‑performance cultures.
