Server – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Server to join the Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Resort Mauritius. In this role you will take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
• Prepare and maintain mise‑en‑place, set up and clear tables.
• Provide genuine hospitality, act as host/hostess, and promote hotel services and products.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming and work area cleanliness.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods and participate in briefings and training sessions.
• Adhere to the hotel’s code of conduct and safety procedures.

• Team‑player who promotes teamwork and acts as a role model.
• Willingness to follow training, briefings and uphold hotel standards.
• Ability to work hands‑on in a fast‑paced environment.
