Sound and Light Technician (M/W) – Resort Shows

About the role

As a Sound and Light Technician you will create the audio‑visual atmosphere for a variety of resort events, from beach parties to mountain‑top performances. Working behind the scenes, you will ensure that every show runs smoothly and delivers a memorable experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide music and lighting for all resort events and productions.
• Set up, test and operate microphones, speakers, lighting rigs and LED screens.
• Maintain equipment, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Guarantee compliance with Club Med health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the Backstage team to transform concepts into live productions.
• Participate in ongoing training and adapt to different resort locations.

Required profile

• Rigorous and detail‑oriented with strong technical knowledge.
• Organised, able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working behind the scenes while understanding the impact on guest experience.
• Willingness to travel to various beautiful resort locations.

Required skills

• Sound system operation and audio mixing.
• Lighting control and programming.
• LED screen operation.

• Knowledge of health and safety standards for technical equipment.
