About the role
Super Screens Ltd is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to drive business development for its digital signage and content management solutions. The role blends client‑facing sales, technical consultation and project coordination to help organisations across sectors adopt dynamic screen displays.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client meetings, site visits and needs assessments.
- Prepare and present tailored technical proposals covering screens, CMS, hardware and installation services.
- Negotiate leads, quotations and contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
- Coordinate project requirements, technical specifications and BOQs, track progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Support troubleshooting, after‑sales service and smooth handover to installation teams.
- Prepare sales pipeline reports, forecasts and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Update CRM with leads, opportunities and client data, generating regular performance reports.
- Stay informed on digital signage trends, competitors and propose new products or revenue ideas.
Required profile
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in IT, AV or digital signage.
- Strong understanding of integrated hardware and software solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
