Accountant – Global Operations

About the role

Build your accounting expertise while delivering high‑quality financial statements, management accounts and reporting for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll apply your technical knowledge across a range of accounting activities, working closely with experienced colleagues, clients and auditors to deliver an excellent service across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, management accounts and supporting records in line with relevant accounting standards.
• Post bookkeeping entries and perform bank, investment and other reconciliations for client entities.
• Prepare and review VAT returns, enhancing knowledge of client accounting and reporting.
• Review client deliverables and accounting records with senior colleagues to maintain quality and consistency.
• Provide guidance to Junior and Assistant Accountants, supporting their professional development.
• Build effective relationships with auditors and support financial statement audits.
• Maintain high‑quality working papers, checklists and documentation according to established standards.
• Collaborate across multiple jurisdictions to deliver consistent, professional accounting services.
• Contribute to accounting projects and initiatives that improve processes, teamwork and client service.

Required profile

• ACCA, ACA or equivalent professional accounting qualification, or an accounting‑related degree with relevant experience.
• Experience preparing client accounts, financial statements and management accounts within accounting, audit or financial services.
