Analyst – Corporate Solutions

About the role

The Apex Group is seeking a motivated Analyst for its Corporate Solutions team in Ebene, Mauritius. This entry‑level position supports the delivery of high‑quality fund administration, tax, and statutory services to a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Organise directors/shareholders meetings, draft board papers and verify minutes.
• Prepare accounts, tax computations and liaise with external auditors.
• Ensure all client deliverables are error‑free and meet quality standards.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents promptly.
• Manage bank account activities, including openings, transfers and correspondence.
• Produce statutory accounts with full disclosures and file annual, APS, PAYE, TDS, VAT and Indian tax returns on time.
• Address tax queries from authorities, clients and regulators.
• File statutory documents with the FSC, ROC and other bodies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in line with AML regulations and keep records up to date.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of junior team members.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• Degree holder or progressing towards ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong client‑service mindset with good written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with a quick learning attitude.
