Associate Consultant – Configuration / SQL (IT Graduate Program)

About the role

As an Associate Consultant in the IT Young Graduate Program, you will support the design, development, maintenance and testing of custom reports, interfaces and applications for SD Worx’s payroll and HR solutions. Working under the guidance of senior colleagues, you will gain hands‑on experience while contributing to high‑quality, secure, and data‑compliant deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and test custom reports, interfaces and applications according to defined specifications.
• Implement simple corrections, minor adaptations and routine maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Adhere to SD Worx standards for development, security, quality and data protection.
• Perform unit testing and technical validation before production releases.
• Resolve detected errors within agreed timelines and support post‑implementation activities.
• Assist in deployments, update technical documentation and report risks or anomalies promptly.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Required profile

• Degree or bachelor’s in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and work independently.
• Strong decision‑making and time‑management abilities.
• Fast learner with good written and spoken French and English.
• Functional knowledge of payroll processes is a plus.
