Associate Executive (Operations)

About the role

The Associate Executive will support the Operations Unit-Head in delivering high‑quality fund administration services. This entry‑level position offers exposure to banking, statutory compliance, and client‑service activities within a global financial services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior staff under the supervision of the Operations Unit‑Head.
• Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Open and manage bank accounts, initiate transfers, and liaise with banks.
• Ensure timely completion of day‑to‑day tasks and monitor progress.
• Prepare and file statutory documents with the FSC, ROC, and other authorities.
• Maintain statutory registers and organize board and shareholder meetings, including preparing papers and minutes.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation, and consularisation of documents.
• Track executed agreements and ensure proper indexing.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by senior team members.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (0–0.5 years experience) with a degree from a recognised institution.
• Undertaking ACCA or ACA professional studies is advantageous.
• Strong client‑service mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with good time‑management abilities.
