Associate QA Engineer – Graduate Program

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a detail‑oriented Associate QA Engineer to join its Quality Assurance team. This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about software quality and want to develop both manual and automated testing skills, including exposure to AI‑driven testing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual testing to validate functionality, usability, and performance.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Participate in regression, integration, and user‑acceptance testing cycles.
• Contribute to test‑automation frameworks and explore AI‑powered testing tools.
• Stay updated on emerging QA, automation, and AI trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams.
