Associate QA Engineer – IT Young Graduate Program

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a detail‑oriented Associate QA Engineer to join its Quality Assurance team as part of an IT Young Graduate Program. This entry‑level role is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about software quality and want to develop both manual and automated testing skills, including exposure to AI‑driven testing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, product managers and QA professionals across international teams.
• Design, execute and maintain manual test cases to validate functional requirements.
• Assist in building and maintaining automated test suites.
• Utilise AI‑enabled testing tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Report defects, track issues and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in software quality assurance.
• Detail‑oriented, enthusiastic and eager to learn new testing technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and within multicultural teams.
