Business Analyst – Product‑Driven (Agile)

About the role

We are seeking a product‑driven Business Analyst who goes beyond simple requirement gathering to understand the underlying why of every feature. You will act as a bridge between strategy and execution, turning customer problems into scalable product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high‑level product strategy and roadmaps into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications.
• Analyze workflows and user data to ensure features address real pain points and drive core business metrics.
• Partner daily with engineering, clarifying scope, triaging trade‑offs and maintaining alignment with product goals.
• Prioritize the backlog using quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback, balancing quick wins with long‑term initiatives.
• Support user acceptance testing, defect impact assessment and change‑request analysis.
• Prepare documentation such as process flows, functional requirements and release readiness checks.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to act as the link between business users, project teams and technical teams.
• Continuous‑improvement orientation, always looking for ways to enhance processes and requirement quality.

Required skills

• Extensive experience working in fast‑paced Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and mapping user journeys.
• Familiarity with behavior‑driven development (BDD) concepts.
• Ability to think systemically and understand how individual features affect the broader ecosystem.
