Compliance Project Coordinator

About the role

The Compliance Project Coordinator (CPC) supports Orange Business in achieving its compliance objectives by coordinating projects, executing daily compliance operations, and maintaining accurate documentation. Working autonomously, the CPC collaborates with multiple functions to ensure consistent application of compliance requirements across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance projects and workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables meet quality standards.
• Execute and oversee daily compliance operations in line with internal policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, records and audit trails for all compliance activities.
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of internal controls and processes.
• Perform routine control checks, detect deviations, and track resolution to closure.
• Support preparation, coordination and follow‑up of internal and external audits, ensuring findings are addressed on time.
• Engage with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Sourcing, Sales, HR, General Services and other functions to promote consistent compliance application.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of compliance policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of operational processes within a large, multi‑national organisation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on identifying and resolving control gaps.
