Creative Account Coordinator

About the role

The Account Coordinator supports the Account Team by managing day‑to‑day creative campaigns and design projects from estimation to completion. This role acts as the key bridge between clients and internal creative teams to ensure high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Creative & Client Liaison – serve as the primary point of contact for clients and creative teams, translating briefs into detailed, actionable instructions for designers.
• Design Project Management – coordinate the lifecycle of creative assets, monitor progress, allocate resources, and collaborate with account executives to review copy and proofs.
• Financial & Data Accuracy – create estimates, manage invoicing, track change orders and design rework, and maintain system data following Master Data Management guidelines.
• Campaign Growth & Onboarding – partner with Client Integration to onboard new accounts, attend planning meetings, and help develop proposals to win new creative business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Arts, Advertising or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in account or project coordination or marketing, preferably managing creative campaigns.
• Strong project‑management, budgeting and mathematical skills; excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual in French and English.
• Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven creative environment with strong attention to detail.
