About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Creative Artworker / Designer with 1‑3 years of experience to translate approved creative concepts into production‑ready artwork across both print and digital touchpoints. The role bridges design and technical execution, ensuring brand consistency and high‑quality standards across multiple packaging formats, SKUs and marketing collateral.
Key responsibilities
- Adapt master designs into production‑ready files for various SKUs and formats.
- Review creative briefs, clarify specifications and maintain strict colour and brand consistency.
- Follow quality controls, file‑naming conventions and layer protocols while managing deadlines.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of artwork, packaging or design agency experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of print production processes and pre‑press setup.
- Strong attention to detail and executional accuracy.
