Cybersecurity Manager – Technology Consulting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join EY’s Cybersecurity practice within Technology Consulting in Mauritius. The role will lead client engagements, manage high‑performing teams and deliver practical cybersecurity solutions that support clients’ strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage cybersecurity engagements from planning through execution, ensuring high‑quality client outcomes and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Advise organisations on governance, risk and control considerations for emerging technologies such as AI and cloud, and help them adopt secure, responsible practices.
• Lead, motivate and develop project teams across multiple engagements, fostering a collaborative culture and handling escalation points.
• Coach and mentor consultants, promote knowledge sharing and support professional development.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency through automation, AI‑enabled tools and modern working practices.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, security architecture or related consulting.
• Proven experience leading high‑performing technology and cybersecurity teams on complex projects.
• Strong ability to translate technical risks into practical business recommendations and to engage senior stakeholders.
