Digital Content & Social Media Executive

About the role

GFA Insurance Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Digital Content & Social Media Executive to own the company’s digital presence and bring the brand to life across multiple platforms. The role combines behind‑the‑scenes content production with on‑camera representation, working closely with senior management to execute the digital communication strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the company’s presence on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and the corporate website.
• Execute the social media strategy and translate ideas into engaging digital content.
• Create, draft and schedule posts, captions, articles and short‑form content.
• Produce and edit short videos, reels and visual assets for social platforms.
• Handle basic graphic design, image editing and video editing tasks.
• Record and edit audio/video content including interviews, commentary and educational clips.
• Participate in or host short videos and social media segments as a digital brand ambassador.
• Collaborate with colleagues to generate behind‑the‑scenes and informational content.
• Monitor performance metrics and engagement across platforms and adjust content accordingly.
• Ensure consistency of tone, messaging and brand identity across all digital channels.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation or media production.
• Practical experience with video editing software, design tools and social media analytics.
• Portfolio or examples of previous work (videos, social media pages, campaigns) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field preferred.
