Digital Marketing Specialist – Community & Campaign Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Curepipe. The role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, and community management across multiple online platforms. You will own client campaigns, nurture brand communities, and drive multi‑channel marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns using a full spectrum of digital tools and platforms.
• Manage end‑to‑end digital marketing projects from conception through analysis.
• Create, moderate, and grow brand communities on Facebook Groups and Reddit.
• Maintain and grow social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Design visuals with Canva or Adobe Illustrator and write persuasive copy for digital channels.
• Implement SEO strategies and launch/optimise SEA campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
• Track KPIs, generate performance reports and present data‑driven recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management and digital campaign execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Understanding of Mauritian Creole is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

• Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).
• Canva and Adobe Illustrator for visual design.
• Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.
• SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
• Advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
• CRM systems, email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Content management systems.
