Finance Reporting Manager

About the role

The Finance Reporting Manager will lead a small team to deliver high‑quality management and statutory reporting for our clients. You will ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and internal policies while driving process improvements and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of team members to meet client commitments, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and complete management and statutory reporting for assigned structures.
• Review bookkeeping, monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts, and prepare interim and annual financial statements.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulators to ensure timely audits, tax filings, and regulatory surveys.
• Prepare and present KPI dashboards, management reports, and risk/issue escalations.
• Ensure all reporting complies with entity, statutory, IFRS, and local law requirements.
• Support implementation of new processes, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement ideas.
• Maintain internal databases and client records in line with internal policies.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in drafting and reviewing management accounts and financial statements under IFRS.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of IFRS developments and regulatory reporting regimes.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and mentor a small finance team.
• Experience coordinating with auditors and regulatory bodies.
