FP&A Analyst – Mauritius

About the role

Customs Support Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its Group Finance team in Mauritius. Reporting to the FP&A Manager in Rotterdam, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple countries to support the company’s strategic agenda and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes and develop long‑term financial models for strategic decision‑making.
• Analyse financial reports, cost structures and key business drivers to provide data‑driven insights for commercial strategies.
• Monitor financial KPIs, perform variance analysis and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Drive margin improvement and cost‑optimization projects, including procurement tender support.
• Identify and follow up on cost‑optimization opportunities to enhance EBITDA.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of experience in finance, consulting or business intelligence within a multinational environment.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
• Experience using business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI.
• Knowledge of planning software and data‑analysis platforms.
