Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a modern Full Stack Developer passionate about building scalable, high‑performing, user‑centric digital solutions. The role involves working across the entire technology stack, from intuitive front‑end experiences to robust APIs and backend logic, in close collaboration with UI/UX designers, data engineers and DevOps specialists. Candidates should be eager to learn and explore AI integration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high‑quality web applications across the full stack.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs (including GraphQL and WebSocket where needed).
• Ensure application scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for reliable deployments.
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for hosting, monitoring, and scaling.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Optionally contribute to the design and integration of AI‑driven features such as conversational AI, intelligent assistants, and data‑driven insights.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate best practices in software engineering and AI adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality code in an Agile environment.
• Passion for continuous learning, especially in AI and automation.

Required skills

• Front‑end: React.js or Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind or Material UI.
• Backend: Node.js.NET, Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB.
• API Development: REST, GraphQL, WebSocket.
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
• Testing: Playwright, NUnit or similar frameworks.
• Version Control: Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps Repos.
• AI/ML (nice‑to‑have): Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral), LangChain, LangGraph.
• Conversational AI (nice‑to‑have): Dialogflow, Botpress, Twilio Conversations.
• Agentic AI (nice‑to‑have): Autonomous agents, workflow orchestration tools (n8n, Make).
• Data processing (nice‑to‑have): Data pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), embedding‑based search.
