Graphic Designer - Digital & Print

About the role

A growing in-house Marketing team at MaxCity is looking for a creative, versatile and experienced Graphic Designer to support its corporate brand, commercial properties and real estate developments. The role reports to the Marketing & Communications Manager and combines strong design capability with knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends and traditional print.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and key visuals for marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Create social media content such as posts, carousels, stories and digital ads, and recommend suitable visual approaches.
• Design brochures, magazines, press advertisements, corporate presentations, flyers, billboards, signage and other printed materials.
• Adapt campaign visuals across formats and platforms while keeping brand consistency.
• Prepare artwork for digital publication and professional printing with technical accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on briefs and deliver within agreed timelines.
• Manage multiple design requests across brands, projects and departments.

Required profile

• At least five years of professional graphic design experience across different brands, campaigns and formats.
• Strong portfolio showing both digital and print design.
• Previous experience in a creative agency or corporate marketing environment is an advantage.
• Ability to develop creative concepts, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and collaborate in a fast-paced team.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Typography, composition and layout.
• Knowledge of print production, artwork preparation and large-format applications.
