Guest Host – Luxury Resort Concierge

About the role

The Host acts as the sole point of contact for guests at One&Only Le Saint Géran, guiding them from pre‑arrival through post‑visit. This role creates personalized itineraries, coordinates with every resort department, and ensures each guest experience exceeds expectations with warmth, precision, and creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a tailor‑made itinerary for each guest before arrival.
• Schedule at least one daily meeting with guests to review the day’s plan, gather feedback, and adjust requests.
• Use the GMH communication tool on a company‑provided smartphone to share guest preferences with all colleagues.
• Assign amenities based on guest preferences and ensure they are delivered promptly.
• Respond to any incident within 15 minutes and initiate resolution through the ALICE system.
• Coordinate with all resort departments to fulfill guest wishes in a timely, cost‑effective manner.
• Maintain a proactive approach to prevent any guest from leaving unhappy.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to anticipate guest needs.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or guest‑services roles preferred.
